Personal Renewal for Better Performance and Leadership Workshop
Registration is now closed due to an excessive number of requests. Please keep an eye on our website for further dates TBA.
Research shows stress is linked to psycho-physiological responses which affect our health and wellbeing while reducing performance. ITEK is hosting a Personal Renewal workshop as part of its Health & Wellbeing Initiative. ITEK seeks to promote this initiative through Personal Renewal workshops and weekly Yoga classes.
Presented by Professor Nanda Nandagopal, Dean (External), the workshop will explore the Mind-Body relationship, mind clutter and the havoc it plays in blocking our progress to personal transformation and leadership. Nanda believes personal renewal is about understanding ‘self’, that the mind and its interpretation of the world is the root cause of our stress which in turn triggers other psycho-physiological responses. He will provide the scientific basis of techniques to counter stress and de-clutter the mind to achieve a deep sense of relaxation and wellbeing.
